Just like in previous years, we are recognizing this year's Combimixer to highlight extra good achievements here at Combimix.

For the seventh year in a row, we get to nominate a colleague who we want to give extra attention to because that person has done something in their work that we value a little extra and that meets our values.

Knowledgeable – Is easy to get along with and knows what she/he is doing.
Attentive listener – Listens attentively and helps others.
Solution-oriented – Works solution-oriented to develop together with and with our customers.

Congratulations to the Combimixer of the Year 2024!

This year, Michelle won with the following motivation:

"A helpful colleague who, with energy, structure and commitment, solves problems and creates order. With her efficiency, speed and desire to keep an overview, she takes on tasks with both joy and responsibility. She learns quickly, solves most things and is always clear in her communication. The fact that even external parties highlight her good work and pleasant attitude says something - she is a worthy recipient of this award."

As Combimixer of the Year, she will receive a gift made of Combimix material produced by Anna Christians, Craft Studio Stockholm. Combimixer of the Year also has the honor of choosing a charity to donate 10,000 kronor to, in Combimix's name. Michelle has chosen to donate the prize money of 10,000 kronor to the Swedish Cancer Foundation (Cancerfonden), an organization that is close to her heart. The donation is made in the company's name - and reflects our shared commitment to contributing to something greater.
